 AuthorBill McNeil was born and raised in Windsor, Nova Scotia. He resides at Saulsbrook Farm which has been in the McNeil family for 142 years. A graduate of McGill University, Bill worked for the federal government in the Deptartment of Agriculture for 30 years. Sheep have been a lifelong passion for Bill.
